Everything was fantastic, but the bike didn’t quite open and lock at 180 degrees. It’s not a dealbreaker since it rides well, but it’s a bit of an eyesore. I managed to stick some foam in the joint, and now it’s pretty close to 180. Overall, great bike and the customer service was top-notch!

I give five stars for the service aspect. The bikes, however, only get two stars (we purchased two - one directly and the other through WM). Both of these cycles are produced in China, and I have a hunch they come from different factories.

Hawk Bike shows up in great shape. The bike requires a few small tweaks. The packing slip suggested contacting the bike shop via email. After three attempts, I threw in the towel. I ended up using a YouTube video from Park Tool. If you're okay with doing some minor adjustments yourself, this bike shop is a solid choice.

Awesome Bicycle - Origami Hawk. Quick shipping, simple assembly, outstanding value for a solid ride. No problems after several months of cycling every day. Plus, I actually got the new fat tire Origami Bull for the trails in Arizona. Totally recommend it without any doubts.

I got myself 2 inner tubes. They charged me too much for shipping, but Paul was quick to respond to my question and gave me a refund for the extra charge. There was a bit of a hold-up in shipping, so I had to check in again about my order's status. Paul confessed he had lost track of it and shipped it out the very next day… he really came through on both counts!!! I have a lot of respect for someone who owns up to their mistakes and fixes them right away. That’s what good customer service is all about, since things can definitely go sideways sometimes. I’m really pleased with how everything ended up and my experience with Paul!! Now, fingers crossed my cat will quit munching on my tires, lol!! 😸

Transaction was super quick and easy. The bikes showed up in pristine condition. Unfolding them was a tad tricky for me as a newbie, but the videos really helped out, and after I got the hang of the first one, the second was a breeze. The color is stunning. I ain't an expert on materials, but these are some of the best quality bikes I've ever purchased. Definitely recommend!

I'm currently traveling across the USA in an RV. For quite a while, I've been on the hunt for folding bikes. While at First Landing State Park in Virginia, I spotted a couple with two Eagle Origami bikes parked nearby. They had also done their homework on folding bikes and decided on Origami since both of their bikes fit perfectly in their Subaru. That evening, I checked out the website, and a chat popped up on my phone. Paul was there to help me with my questions at 10 pm that night. I went ahead and ordered the Eagle, and it showed up at the state park in just two days.

"Top-notch Service"

I had been on the lookout for a 20" folding bike for a few weeks. I realized I would eventually require a luggage rack for carrying extra stuff and fenders to keep me dry while riding on wet streets. Finally, I discovered everything I needed in the Origami Hawk. I spotted it on the Walmart site, but my past experiences ordering from them weren't great. So, I searched for the company and purchased directly from the Origami website. The whole process was seamless, and I got my new bike in just about a week.

Feeling let down, I really wanted to trust the guy from their online chat/email. I was told it was better than another brand I had previously purchased from. My bike arrived yesterday, and that was the only positive; it showed up on time. I hopped on to take it for a spin down the block. The handlebars and fork are all over the place, moving front to back and side to side! The front brake seems to be rubbing, and there are SCRATCHES in the red paint, which I absolutely dislike. When I switched the gears, the back end of the bike started making a noise. Seriously, why would they send out a new bike like this?

They say they 'crafted Origami folding bicycles from the wheels up,' but really, they’re just reselling Chinese Sava bikes that have been repainted, and they’re charging an extra $500 for it. Not cool.
